The American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) recommends daily visual inspections by business owners and annual professional inspections by a certified technician. We provide AAADM-recommended annual automatic door inspections for businesses across Pulaski, Saline, Faulkner, and White counties.
What an inspection covers
- Safety sensor inspection and testing
- Activation system checks
- Door operator condition
- Track and hardware wear
- Control board function
Why annual inspections matter
An automatic door that closes on a customer is a liability. Certified annual inspections document that your entrances operate safely — and catch failing parts before they become emergency repairs.

What we check on every door
Sliding doors
- Motion and presence sensors cover the right area
- Safety beams stop and reverse the door
- Opening and closing speed and timing
- Track, rollers, belt and floor guides
- Breakaway panels and hardware
Swing doors
- Activation switches and push plates respond
- Opening speed, closing speed and hold-open time
- Safety sensors on the swing side
- Arms, hinges and mounting hardware
- Guide rails and the area the door swings through
The daily check between inspections
AAADM recommends that the business check its automatic doors every day. It takes a minute:
- Walk through and make sure the door opens fully and stays open while you are in the doorway
- Watch it close: smooth and steady, never slamming or bouncing
- Look for damaged glass, panels or frames and anything stuck in the track
- Press the push plate or wave at the touchless switch and make sure it answers
If anything looks wrong, call us before someone gets hurt.
How it works
- We schedule around your hours. Inspections are booked when the entrance is least busy.
- We inspect every door. Safety sensors, activation, the operator, the track and hardware, and control board function.
- We show you what we found. Anything worn or out of adjustment is explained before any work is done.
- You get a written record. Every inspection is documented so you have a record of each door, every year.
